Mother Nature knows her stuff, sending us color outside just in time for Christmas.<\/p>\n

A few more chilly nights and while we\u2019re pulling on winter sweaters, this tree already covered with baby green lemons will be decorated in bright yellow. Then the pink and white camellias by the bedroom window will join in.\u00a0 It\u2019s \u00a0magic to see all these glamorous glossy things ready for close-ups in the back yard while the trees out front are losing their leaves.<\/p>\n

While trading weather forecasts with friends in other places, I\u2019m hearing about early snow in New England, healthy doses of rain in Texas, and I\u2019m watching in appreciation of all of it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
